What wax does Illumora use?
We use premium soy wax with cotton wicks for a smooth, even burn.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick before each burn and allow the melt pool to reach the edges on the first use.
Can I create a custom gift order?
Yes. Email illumoracandles@gmail.com for birthdays, anniversaries, festive gifting, bridesmaid gifts, housewarming gifts, self-care boxes, and curated scent edits.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping and protective packaging charges are based on the delivery location and order size. Delhi/NCR orders are charged ₹119, standard deliveries across India are charged ₹169, and large or heavy orders are charged ₹199. Orders above ₹1,499 qualify for complimentary shipping, subject to remote-area courier surcharges.
What is considered a large or heavy order?
Orders containing three or more candles, multiple gift hampers, oversized products, or parcels requiring additional protective packaging may be classified as large or heavy.
Can shipping charges change for remote locations?
Certain remote, restricted, or special-service PIN codes may attract an additional courier charge. If applicable, Illumora will inform you before sharing the final payment details.
Is gift packaging charged separately?
Premium gift packaging is already included in the hamper price. Shipping and outer protective packaging are calculated separately.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Clear, careful, and confirmed before payment
Shipping charges are subject to the delivery location, serviceability of the PIN code, packed weight, parcel dimensions, and the nature of the products ordered.
The applicable charge will normally be determined according to the shipping chart above. However, certain remote, restricted, or special-service locations may attract an additional courier charge. If any additional amount applies, Illumora will inform the customer before sharing the final payment details.
Premium gift packaging included with a hamper will not be charged again. The shipping charge covers courier delivery and the additional outer protective packaging required for safe transit.
Orders qualify for complimentary shipping when the final product subtotal is above ₹1,499, except where an exceptional remote-area or special-service surcharge is imposed by the courier partner.

Freshly prepared candles, fragile shapes, and gift sets are checked, cushioned, and sealed before dispatch.
Protective packaging
Products are wrapped to protect delicate details, with care guidance and a gift-ready Illumora finish.
